The Beauty Queen Harnaaz Sandhu represented India at the 70th Miss Universe 2021 organized in Eilat, Israel and brought the heavy, beautiful and much-awaited crown home after 21 years as lastly Lara Dutta won the title in 2000.
The glamorous Diva was born in Chandigarh, Punjab in 2000 and was also like a next-door girl who likes to dance, perform yoga, modeling until she became the popular and beautiful queen. She began her modelling career at 17 and has previously won Miss Diva 2021, Femina Miss India Punjab 2019, and was placed in the Top 12 at Femina Miss India 2019.
She believes in woman empowerment and also has never lost her values and respect for the Indian motherland and its traditions. Mental Health
- “The stigma associated with mental health refrains the affected individuals to seek help from professionals, which in turn leads to more serious complications including suicidal tendencies. I realised that it is imperative to focus on mental health when I myself had to face adversities during the phase of my hospitalisation. I realized that mental health is intrinsically linked to physical health and that together, we can break the stigmas and help people realise the purpose of their existence to extract the best of their potential. I have been advocating about this issue in my circle of influence that distress and depression should not be a barrier to our growth, and letting go of it can lead us on the path towards our dreams.”
