14 December 1984 (born)  is a Telugu-language actor and producer who has also worked in Hindi and Tamil films.

His acting debut was in the Telugu film Leader, for which he received the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South. [6] He went on to act with Bipasha Basu in the Hindi film Dum Maaro Dum (2011), for which he earned favourable reviews and won the Zee Cine Award for Best Male Debut. Rana rose to stardom in 2012 after acting in the Telugu film Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum. In 2015, he had a prominent supporting part in the critically acclaimed Hindi film Baby (2015). He went on to play Bhallaladeva, the primary antagonist in the Telugu–Tamil bilingual film Baahubali: The Beginning (2015), which was the second most grossing Indian film at the box office. After that, he appeared in the Tamil film Bangalore Naatkal as a supporting character (2016). Rana returned to the character of Bhallaldeva in Baahubali 2: The Conclusion in 2017, which went on to become the highest-grossing Indian film of all time. In addition, he has co-starred in films such as Rudramadevi (2015), Ghazi (2017), and Nene Raju Nene Mantri (2017). Rana has established himself as one of the major performers in Telugu film, as well as one of the few actors in India who has been able to acquire pan-Indian appeal by playing a range of parts in several languages, ranging from starring roles to supporting characters.
