He asks for justice in his tweet. He posted a copy of his online patent payment receipt. When a user asked him about patent and tells him, ” A patent is not based on the idea but the product, his product might work differently solving the same problem” To that Mohd Asad Mansoori replied, “Prosperous Greetings Sir, I know about it, but its not about idea but technique, his Device is Working on the same Technology and Technique which i have registered-Patented it. We tried contacting Nihaal Singh and Watt Technovations to get a reply to the tweet. But he has not responded back yet for any confirmation about the claim and to publish the article.
Watt Technovations is a Cov-tech ventilation system. This device easily attaches to any PPE kit and ventilates it from inside. This product has been made by a 19-year-old boy who made this product after watching his mother’s condition. The founder’s mother is a doctor, whose name is Dr. Poonam Kaur Adarsh. The average cost of this product is Rs 5,499. The use of this product, along with sweating, gets rid of surface tearing, itching, infections, etc
We did receive a reply from Nihaal Singh Adarsh of Watt Technovations, on 6th of Feb 2022 at 10.36 PM IST here is what he has to say:
Your mala fide activities and defamatory communications, based on your misplaced understanding of the two devices, to various news-media houses and posts on social media have caused and is continuing to cause unquantified damages and loss to my reputation and goodwill. Your misguided activity is irrevocably causing extensive harm to my current and future endeavors.
He also mentioned “More importantly, even a layman on cursory comparison of both the devices would conclude that both the devices are diametrically different. Yourself claiming to be an inventor, you should have at the least compared the technicalities between the devices and sought explanation from me, rather than shooting in the dark and alleging that I have “Breached the Copyright of Official Patent Registered”.”
