USAA is a well-known financial institution that offers multiple services through its banking platform.
USAA offers low interest rates, competitive auto rates and more as the main attraction for those interested in opening a new bank account or looking to migrate to another bank.
Similar to other similar services, you can access the banking platform both through a website and a dedicated app for mobile devices.
However, currently many USAA customers are completely unable to access their accounts as both the website and the mobile app are down and not working.

Social platforms like Twitter are full of reports related to the matter. Many customers are expressing frustration at not being able to access their funds or check their accounts.
Platforms such as Down Detector also reflect the multiple reports about the bank’s servers being down:

Fortunately, the USAA team is already aware of the outage and is working on it. However, it is not yet known how long it will take to restore their banking services.

Update 1 (October 21, 2022)
09:30 am (IST): Multiple reports indicate (1, 2, 3) that USAA platform (website and app) are currently down or not working. There is no official acknowledgment from the USAA team yet.
Update 2 (November 11, 2022)
12:13 pm (IST): According to fresh reports (1, 2), USAA is currently down or not working for some users.
07:30 pm (IST): The recent outage with USAA appears to have been resolved as we haven’t come across any fresh reports.
Update 3 (January 9, 2023)
04:54 pm (IST): USAA platform is currently down or not working for multiple users again (1, 2, 3). The issue has been acknowledged, but there is still no ETA for a fix.
06:00 pm (IST): The USAA platform is once again available to its users, as confirmed by Downdetector and the lack of new reports related to outage.
Update 4 (January 18, 2023)
12:21 pm (IST): Users have taken to Twitter (1, 2, 3) and Downdetector to report that USAA website is currently down or not working for them.
Update 5 (January 19, 2023)
06:36 pm (IST): According to reports on Downdetector, the recent outage with USAA has now been resolved.
Update 6 (February 2, 2023)
07:53 pm (IST): Some USAA users are experiencing login issues and are reporting (1,2,3,4) that the app and website isn’t working.
Fortunately, it didn’t take long for the company’s support team to confirm that a fix is in the works.
Update 7 (February 3, 2023)
10:22 pm (IST): Again, multiple users are reporting that the USAA servers are down as they are unable to log into their accounts (1, 2, 3).
12:00 pm (IST): USAA platform is now available again for all its users.
