Speaking of the specifications Vaio SE14 has a 14-inch Full HD IPS anti-glare LCD screen with 1920×1080 pixels of resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The laptop is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor / Quad Core 11th Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor paired with Intel Iris Xe Graphics. It will run Windows 10 Home and will be available in 8GB / 16GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM and 512GB / 1TB PCIe SSD.

The Vaio SE14 includes a 1080P IR Front Web Camera in addition to 4 speakers and a microphone optimized for Cortana. The computing device has an in-built fingerprint sensor. In terms of connectivity, there is a Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+), Bluetooth 5.1, two USB Type-C port, Thunderbolt 4 (PD, DP), two USB type-A 3.2 (one for charging), HDMI v1.4 (supporting up to 3840×2160p @ 30 Hz), headphone jack and Mic-in (combo) and one SD card reader. The Vaio laptop can last up to 12 hours on a single charge.

On the other hand, Vaio SX14 features a 14.0-inch Ultra HD 4K screen with 3840×2160 pixels of resolution. Under the chassis, there is a 1.10GHz Quad Core 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10710U Processor with Turbo Boost up to 4.70GHz and  Intel UHD Graphics. It will be offering 16GB LPDDR3 2133 MHz RAM and 1TB PCIe SSD. There is a CMOS Sensor 2MP HD Web Camera (IR) and has Dolby audio and stereo mic support. In addition to this, the laptop comes integrated with a fingerprint sensor and face recognition for security and the  Li-ion Battery can last for 6 hours on a single charge.

On the connectivity front, there is  Dual-Band Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, 1 X Network(LAN): 1000BASE-T/100BASE-TX/10BASE-T, one USB Type-CTM port, 3 USB ports, an HDMI port, a VGA connector and a LAN connection.
