After a lengthy wait, Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal posted the first photos from their wedding ceremony on Instagram. On Thursday, the pair married according to Hindu customs at The Six Senses Fort Barwara in the company of close relatives and friends (December 9). Katrina commented on sharing the photos, saying, “In our hearts, there is only love and thankfulness for all that has taken us to this point. As we embark on this new adventure together, I ask for all of your love and blessings.”

In fact, the duo appeared to be breathtakingly lovely in the photographs. Vicky wore a gold sherwani, while Katrina selected a Sabyasachi lehenga. In the photos, Katrina is the perfect Indian bride. A matha patti, nose ring, scarlet chura, and exquisite long necklaces and earrings completed her appearance. The blue stone ring on her finger drew everyone’s attention. It’s been suggested that it’s her engagement ring.

The pair received congratulations messages from their fans and industry pals in no time. Among the first to wish the newlywed couple were Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, Neena Gupta, and Manushi Chhillar.
A video of the pair during their Jai mala ceremony went viral earlier this year. The couple’s extravagant wedding ceremony was featured in the brief footage. It looked like a scene from a Bollywood film, with everything from fireworks to orange flags.
Katrina and Vicky’s three-day wedding celebrations began on Tuesday at the opulent Six Senses Fort Barwara, a fort converted into a hotel in Rajasthan.
