Virgin Media is one of the best-known telecommunications and TV companies in its segment. To enjoy its services, they offer some set-top-boxes like the TiVo box.

TiVo box is intended for users who constantly record shows to watch later, offering a large storage to serve this purpose (up to 1TB of storage).

However, many Virgin Media customers are facing an issue where the TiVo box is continuously restarting or rebooting during a current outage.

Virgin Media TiVo box restarting or rebooting for many

According to multiple reports, Virgin Media TiVo box is restarting on its own for many users. The issue has been occurring for several hours now, even on new devices.

Affected users are even unable to run the ‘online test’ to check the status of the service. They are only getting a ‘can’t run a test right now’ error message.

It seems that the problem is related to the Virgin Media services outage that is happening at the moment.

Fortunately, Virgin Media is already aware of the issue and working on resolving it. However, there is no ETA to get everything back to normal yet.

We will be monitoring the situation to update this story as events unfold.
