New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on November 9, 2022) follows:

Virgin Media O2 is one of the most popular telecommunications operators in the UK. The company is the result of a merger of Virgin Media and O2 carriers last year (2021).

Currently, Virgin Media O2 customers can access a wide range of products, services and benefits. One of the advantages is the ‘Priority’ program that allows access to offers and prizes.

However, many Virgin Media O2 users are unable to login into the Priority app due to an ‘Oops something went wrong’ error message.

Virgin Media O2 Priority app login not working (‘Oops something went wrong’ error)

According to multiple reports, Virgin Media O2 users are unable to access their Priority app benefits because the login system appears to be broken at the moment.

It seems that the problem is happening to those with Virgin Media accounts. That is, customers who had Virgin Media subscriptions before the merger with O2.

The issue is only affecting access to the Priority app. Virgin Media customers can access their Virgin Media accounts without problem.

Fortunately, the Virgin Media O2 team is already aware of the situation and working on a fix. However, there is still no ETA for a fix.

We will be monitoring the situation to update this story as events unfold in the future.
