Both of these 5G smartphones would be good competitors in the market. The iQOO Neo 7 may have a bigger display size and may be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 (4 nm). It may even provide you with high RAM and storage variants. Along with this, it may have the same battery as of Poco X5 Pro-life but it may be powered by a 108W charger.

iQOO Neo 7 will be launched on 16th Feb 2023 while Poco X5 Pro so far has no launch date. However, it was recently spotted in the hands of an Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya. So we can assume Poco may hit the Indian market in the month of February also.
