Vivo Y20T features a 6.51-inch Halo FullView HD+ display with 1600×720 pixels of resolution. The screen has a waterdrop design notch to house a selfie camera. The phone ships with FunTouchOS 11.1 based on top of Android 11.
The device is powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and a 64GB storage option. The mobile accepts memory expansion via a microSD card. The Y20T features Vivo’s revolutionary Extended RAM 2.0, which taps up to 1GB of idle ROM and gives a boosted 7GB RAM space for easier and quicker switching between apps.
In terms of imaging, Vivo Y20T comprises a triple rear camera set up that houses a 13MP primary sensor with f/2/2 aperture. Further, there is a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. While on the front there is an 8MP selfie camera with an f/1.8 aperture.
